How to take care of your item

Please take care when handling your item as they are all handmade and therefore delicate.

Our bridal bags and accessories are made-to-order using best quality 100% pure silks.

The jewellery is made of real freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and sterling silver.

Bags and soft accessories:

• Take care when wearing jewellery as they might catch the delicate fibres on silk fabric.
  
• You can clean your product carefully with baby wipes, but not too wet as it may leave a water stain on the product. Metal parts can be polished with dry soft cloth. Do not wash or dry clean the bags. You can dry-clean the wraps.
  
• Do not place an excessive weight in your bag as the structure is only tested for up to 200g of goods inside the bag.
  
• Best way to store the item after use is wrapped in light colour natural fibre fabric e.g. cotton or silk or acid free tissue paper. Try an old pillow case! Put some tissue inside the bag. Protect from damp and strong light. This prevents the heirloom piece from discolouring and will stay as good as new for your daughter to marry in.
  
• You are able to dye your bag or soft accessories to any colour. We cannot take any responsibility for the results or how the metal parts react on dyeing. We recommend you to consult a professional service provider for this. Remember, we can also provide you with wast range of colours and fabrics if you wish to have any of our products in other than cream colour. See our Bespoke Services for information.
  
• Always iron your wrap with a suitable temperature for silk.

Jewellery:

• Get your jewellery cleaned by a professional for it to retain its shine and value. You can also send it for us to clean it. Please ask for details.
  
• When ordering bracelets, refer to measurements provided on product pages.
• Store your jewellery in a jewellery box to avoid tarnishing.
