At SEQUINA our customer security is very important. SEQUINA will not divulge any information we receive from our customers to any third party. We will not rent, sell or give your name or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual. We may use your contact information for marketing purposes directly to you.

Ordering
You may order our products from this website. Payment methods are Debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Solo) and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), Ukash and personal cheque. Please click your choice at checkout.
You are also welcome to see our products and materials in our store in London .
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days from order, often much quicker. During busy periods this may be 10 days. This is due to the items in our website being made-to-order. This means we do not stock any of the items but start to create it once we receive your order. If you would like to receive your item quicker, please contact our customer services before ordering.
We can dispatch your order around the world. Please select your country at checkout.
We use Royal Mail UK recorded delivery service. You will need to be available to sign on receipt of the parcel. Standard delivery charge in UK for up to 5 items is £4.99. Delivery charges to other destinations are specified at checkout.
Error on delivery
If there is an error on delivery, you should inform us in writing within 7 days from receiving the order. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Refund and exchange
We hope you enjoy the item you purchased. We inspect every item carefully before dispatching to ensure it is in immaculate condition when you receive it. We also take a photograph for our records of every item dispatched to guarantee its' condition.
If you are however unsatisfied with the product, you can send it back to us within 7 days from receiving it. We will only make a refund or exchange on unused, undamaged items, with security seal attached on bags, returned in their original packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
We reserve the right to inspect the products prior to making a refund or exchange and make the decision on our discretion.
The refund will be made on the method of payment for the value of goods excluding delivery charges. Refunds or exchange for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
We strongly recommend you to return the item via recorded delivery. Please pack the items carefully to protect them. We cannot take any responsibility over items gone missing or damaged in delivery. Return address is:

Request a refund or exchange in writing detailing your name, address, phone number, order reference and reason for returning the item alongside with your product.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange bespoke service items or earrings (for hygienic reasons).
